The Bureau National des Changements Climatiques, du Carbone et de la REDD+ (BNCCC-REDD+) is an office within the presidency directly responsible for issues concerning climate change and REDD+.
Solidarité des Intervenants du foncier (SIF) is civil society organisation focusing on land tenure. Mr Eric Raparison is their National Coordinateur and is a qualified lawyer specialising in land tenure issues who is providing technical input on land tenure.
