Manoa Rajaonarivelo presented on the legal context of Forest Landscape Restoration in Madagascar. This work has recently been accepted for publication in the journal Madagascar Conservation and Society. You can watch her talk here.
Mirindra Rakotoarisoa explores the extent to which remote sensed datasets of human habitation often miss forest-edge communities meaning they can be invisible to policy makers. This talk is available to watch on You Tube. Do note the results are still preliminary.
Finally, Sanda Rakotomalala presented her work reviewing the extent to which Madagascar's protected areas follow social safeguard policies.
